By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Us and Definitions
- “CBP Lalo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CBP Lalo, the operator of this website.
- “You,” “customer,” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses our website or places an order, including coaches, team representatives, parents, and guardians.
- “Products” means the custom and made-to-order apparel, jerseys, uniforms, and related goods offered through our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or enter into a binding agreement with us. If you place an order on behalf of a team, organization, or another individual, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Accounts
Some features, such as coach or team accounts, require you to register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Custom Products and Proof Approval
Most of our Products are custom-made and produced to order based on the information you provide, including team names, player names, numbers, sizes, colors, logos, and design selections.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details and any design mockups or proofs before production begins.
- Once you approve a proof and your order enters production, the specifications (including spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and colors) are final and cannot be changed.
- We are not responsible for errors in details you approved, such as misspellings, incorrect numbers, or incorrect size selections.

5. Design and Setup Fees
Certain orders may require a design, setup, or quote fee. These fees cover the preparation of your custom artwork and mockups and are non-refundable once design work has begun, except as required by law.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless noted.
- Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products or to a team’s first order.
- Payment is due at the time specified during checkout or in your quote.
7. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the affected items in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Your Content and Intellectual Property
- You may submit logos, names, images, artwork, and other materials (“Customer Content”) for use in your custom Products.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce all Customer Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify Customer Content solely to fulfill your order.
- You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing. We reserve the right to decline any order containing such content.
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs created by us, is owned by or licensed to CBP Lalo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
9. Shipping
Shipping timeframes, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
10. Returns and Refunds
Because our Products are custom-made, returns, exchanges, and refunds are limited. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before ordering.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBP Lalo and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of our Services or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBP Lalo and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
