Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CBP Lalo, most of our products are custom-made and produced to order with your team names, player names, numbers, sizes, and designs. Because these items are personalized specifically for you, they generally cannot be resold or returned. This policy explains when cancellations, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are available. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and are, by their nature, non-returnable and non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below (such as a defect or an error on our part). This includes any items featuring names, numbers, logos, or custom sizing.

2. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order for a full refund only if your request is received:

  • within 24 hours of placing your order, and
  • before the order has entered production or you have approved a design proof or mockup, whichever comes first.

Once production has begun or a proof has been approved, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, because materials and personalized production have already been committed. Any design, setup, or quote fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.

3. Proof and Order Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before production, including spelling, player names, numbers, sizes, colors, and design elements. We produce your order based on the details you approve. We cannot offer a refund or free replacement for errors that were present in the details you approved, such as misspellings, incorrect numbers, or incorrect size selections.

4. Sizing

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering, as custom items are produced to the sizes you select. Because these items are personalized, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference or for sizes that were ordered incorrectly. If a size chart is unavailable for a product, please contact us before ordering.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the proof you approved (for example, a manufacturing defect, or a name, number, or size that we produced incorrectly), we will make it right.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and any packaging.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

Claims made after 14 days, or without adequate supporting information, may not be eligible.

6. Return Shipping

  • If a return or replacement is required because of a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label or instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
  • If a return is accepted for any reason not attributable to us, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund except where a defect or our error applies, or where required by law:

  • Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items.
  • Design, setup, and quote fees.
  • Items marked as final sale.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, plus any additional time your bank or payment provider requires to post the funds. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit in place of a refund.

9. Exchanges

Because items are custom-made, we generally do not offer exchanges except to replace a defective or incorrect item with the same specifications, as described in Section 5.
