CBP Lalo is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who navigate the web with assistive technology like screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or screen magnification.

Our standard

This site is built and maintained to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the international standard for digital accessibility.

What we’ve done

In May 2026 we completed a comprehensive accessibility audit of cbplalo.com, including:

• Automated scanning of every public page with three independent industry-standard tools (axe-core by Deque Systems, Google Lighthouse, and WebAIM WAVE)
• Manual verification with two real screen readers: NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone
• Confirmation that every key flow (browsing our work, requesting a custom quote, placing a team order, managing your team roster, using the cart, and contacting us) works fully with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software

We fixed every barrier identified during the audit, and the fixes are documented in a way that will protect them through future site updates.

Ongoing commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site annually and welcome feedback from anyone who encounters difficulty using it.
